When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated shipping timeframes will be listed on the product page. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, we accept order cancellation requests only.

Can I change my shipping address?

No. Once a pre-order is placed, we are unable to edit or update the shipping address.

Can I change the size, color, or style of my pre-order item?

No. We are unable to make changes to the pre-order product, including:

Size, Style, Quantity

Can I order in-stock items with a pre-order item?

In-stock items will be shipped immediately or within 3 business days. Pre-order items will ship separately. Pre-order shipping timeframe estimates will be listed on the product page


How will I receive updates about my pre-order?
